The most important thing is determination and wiliness to adopt meditation as a regular practice in your life. Yet, it might take some time until this habit naturally makes part of your daily routine.

Yoga for Health & Healing offers Meditation Workshops for beginners to help people from all backgrounds to understand the fundamentals and basic steps of this ancient practice. Workshops consist on 3 to 5 interactive sessions of 75 minutes each, where the participants are guided step by step into the fascinating world of observing mental activity, stillness and bliss.

Each session starts with an introduction, a simple breathing exercise and a guided meditation practice. The whole idea is to explore and discover different techniques, to adopt the one most suitable for you and be able to integrate it into your daily life.
